AGENT TERMS
Downtown Doorway is not an offer to sell real estate. It is a marketing tool that connects interested parties in their endeavors to buy, sell, and rent property in downtown Natchez. All information is the sole responsibility of the person who enters the contents. By entering the property in this system, this person certifies that they are authorized to place this property for sale or for lease into Downtown Doorway. Downtown Natchez Alliance is not responsible for the validity of such information.
By creating a posting, the person who enters the information agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Downtown Natchez Alliance, its officers, directors and employees, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or losses, associated with the posting of said real estate information. Any dispute or controversy arising in connection with the posting, shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Adams County, Mississippi, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
